The House Appropriations Committee held a hearing on the Governor’s proposed 2020 budget on Wednesday, February 20th. The Hearing focused on the Agency of Human Services budget and over 30 Human Services Advocates testified. Susan Aranoff testified on behalf of the Council and was joined at the podium by Council Member Mike Gruteke of Derby, VT.
