August 14TH—4:30 TO 6:00 at Vermont Family Network, 600 Blair Park Rd, Suite 240, Williston, VT
(VFN recommends the south entryway as the most accessible)
The DEPARTMENT OF VERMONT HEALTH ACCESS (DVHA) wants you to help them communicate effectively about the Vermont Health Information Exchange and your privacy rights. A representative will explain the benefits of exchanging health records and find out what you, as a parent expert, want your child’s doctor to know.
GIVE INPUT
A change in Vermont Law means that personal health information for you and your family will be widely available to healthcare providers through Vermont Health Information Exchange (“the VHIE”).
GET PAID
We know your time is valuable. Light refreshments will be served to help you power through the discussion, and you’ll receive a stipend of $25.00 for your valuable participation.
